The General Terms and Conditions of the website are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes of conduct.

The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read the full text of the General Terms and Conditions on the website and agrees to be bound by them.

Accessibility of information

The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:

the identity of the company (name and registered office of the company), contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone), the essential characteristics of the goods, the accessibility of the goods (each item offered on the website should be accessible within an understandable time limit), the conditions for delivery of the goods (method, place and time limit for delivery), all prices must be clearly and unequivocally set out and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs, the method of payment and delivery, the time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract, and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the buyer to return the goods.


The Buyer is responsible for the information provided in the process of order fulfilment. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delivery errors due to incorrect address.

After placing the order, the customer receives an invoice by email. The contract or invoice is kept by the Seller and a copy is available to the Buyer if desired.

Dispatch of goods

Delivery in Slovenia is carried out for us by Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, a joint stock company Intereuropa d.d.

All shipments are insured and if your parcel is damaged, we will replace it with a new one.

For orders placed before 12 noon, delivery is scheduled for the next working day. Postage is charged according to the price list of Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, a joint stock company.

Parcels are delivered between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, and you can choose between three delivery time options; before 10:00 am and between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Both special deliveries are charged at an extra cost of € 0.70 including VAT.

In the case of a cash on delivery package, only the actual amount you received at the time of order confirmation from will be paid.

If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, you will be contacted again or notified when your parcel arrives.

Postage is charged by the weight of the parcel:

  • Up to 5kg – 4,70€
  • 5kg – 10kg – 5,60€
  • 10kg – 15 kg – 6,30€
  • 15kg – 20kg – 7,80€

If the addressee is unreachable at the time of the attempted delivery, a written notice shall be left informing the addressee of the time and place of collection.

The carrier is liable for any loss or damage to the shipment – Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, a joint stock company Intereuropa d.d.

In the event of damage or loss of the consignment, the supplier shall send a new consignment immediately after notification. The Buyer must notify the carrier or the Provider of the damage or loss of the Shipment.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, a joint stock company.
Intereuropa d.d., but the tenderer reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable it to fulfil the order more efficiently.

Right of withdrawal, refund

The Buyer shall have the right to notify the Seller (to the contact email or ) within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the Contract, without being required to give a reason for his/her decision. The only cost to be borne by the Buyer in connection with withdrawal from the Contract shall be the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the Seller within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal (purchase).

The goods received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, spoiled, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the consumer.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. The refund shall be made to the buyer’s transaction ( personal ) account, which shall be communicated in the notice of return of the goods.

The return of the goods received to the tenderer within the withdrawal period shall be deemed to be a communication of withdrawal from the contract. The goods shall be returned to the tenderer at the address Jan Bordon Dekani 63, 6271 Dekani.


The prices are in Euro including VAT. The price indicated for each bottle does not include shipping costs. The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price, which includes shipping costs and VAT. The costs of packaging and packing shall be borne by the tenderer. The tenderer reserves the right to change the prices. The price published on the day of the order, i.e. on the day of completion and submission of the order, shall be the valid price.

Payment terms

The provider offers the following payment methods; payment on account: mainly for legal persons. The buyer receives the invoice by post to the address indicated in the order. After payment of the invoice, dispatch of the shipment follows within the agreed time limit.

Cash on delivery; if the buyer wishes to pay upon collection, this is only possible by paying in cash. The buyer must be present in person at the time of collection, irrespective of the value of the consignment.

In the case of cash on delivery, you will also pay the delivery company an additional amount, which will be charged for cash transactions according to the current price list of Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, a joint-stock company Intereuropa d.d.

Security of personal data

The Provider undertakes to keep all personal data secure at all times. They will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing invoices, tenders and other necessary documentation.

Complaints and disputes

The provider is obliged to set up an effective complaints handling system. The Supplier will endeavour to deal with the complaint as soon as possible and to inform the Buyer accordingly. It will also endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.


The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the customer must be of legal age at the time of ordering. Otherwise, the supplier shall immediately withdraw from the contract. By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

The Ministry of Health warns that excessive drinking is bad for your health.
